Return Authorization

Return Merchandise Authorizations(RMA) must be obtained prior to returning any product to DiabloSport. The RMA number must be CLEARLY visible on the outside of the package. Any packages shipped without a RMA number will be refused upon delivery and returned to the customer.

Please include a copy of the receipt showing the unit was purchased from an Authorized Dealer to verify the product is under warranty. Products purchased used or through eBay do not carry a warranty. All non-warranty items are subject to a $99 service fee.

Returns for credit must be made within (30) days of thew original purchase. A return of non-defective, unauthorized, or refused merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Core Credit Program
No refunds will be given for core credits, only store credit applies towards the purchase of a new DiabloSport product.

RMA turn around can take up to 30 days on average (not including shipping time). The customer will be responsible for all freight expenses. For more details on warranty click here

DiabloSport EndUser Warranty Terms and Conditions:
a. DiabloSport offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all products.
b. DiabloSport products carry a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. For more information, including warranty length, please see your product user manual.
i. DiabloSports liability under this warranty shall be limited to the correction or replacement of any defective part or product in question which DiabloSport determines to be necessary.
ii. Warranty freight charges are the responsibility of the dealer distributor and/or customer.
iii. This warranty is to the original purchaser and is non transferable.
iv. This warranty is void unless proof of purchase is submitted.
v. Removal of serial numbers and/or alteration of product or packaging will also void all warranties.
